Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations in the provision of intermediary services for the import of motor vehicles from abroad through CARFAST s.r.o. (hereinafter "CARFAST").
2. Subject of Service
CARFAST provides intermediary services for the purchase and import of motor vehicles from European countries to the Czech Republic. The service includes:
- Searching and verifying vehicles according to customer requirements
- Arranging vehicle transport to the Czech Republic
- Assistance with customs clearance and registration
- Technical inspection of the vehicle before import
3. Inquiry and Binding
Filling in the contact form or inquiry on the website does not constitute a binding order. A binding order is only created by signing a written brokerage agreement.
4. Price and Payment
The price of services is negotiated individually according to the specific vehicle and scope of required services. The CARFAST commission is payable upon delivery of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
CARFAST is liable for damages caused by its own negligence or intent. CARFAST is not liable for vehicle defects that could not be detected during a standard inspection.
6. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of vehicle delivery to carfast@carfast.cz.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. CARFAST reserves the right to amend these terms.
